At Maeberry Naturals, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@maeberrynaturals.com with your order number.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare items for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately.
